Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most Red State Supply products are made to order just for you. Please allow 3–16 business days for production before your order ships.
Once your order is on the way, standard U.S. delivery is usually 3–7 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high order volume.
Why does my order take a few days to produce?
We do not pull most items off a dusty warehouse shelf. Many of our products are made immediately after you order, which helps cut down on waste and makes sure your item is produced with care.
That means it may take a little longer than a big-box store, but it helps us keep things simple, intentional, and worth sending to your door.
Will I get tracking?
Yes! Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers take a little time to scan packages, especially during busy seasons. If your package looks lost or seriously delayed, contact us via the form or at redstatesupplyadmin@gmail.com and we will help look into it!
Do you ship outside the United States?
Our posted shipping estimate is for domestic U.S. orders. Currently we are only accepting orders from the US, however please check back in with us as we expect this to change.

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
What is your return policy?
Because each item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept buyer’s remorse returns. That said, we stand behind the order you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us through our Returns Request form with photos and we’ll review the issue and make it right within 30 days.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, submit a Return Request form or email us right away at redstatesupplyadmin@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos.
We will review the issue and help get it handled.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Because most items are made to order, we are not able to offer regular size exchanges like a department store.
Please check the size chart and product details before ordering. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the size that gives you the fit you prefer (ex. choosing the larger size will give a more relaxed, loose fit while sizing down will be more structured and form-fitting).
How long do refunds take if approved?
If a refund is approved after inspection, it will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us via the Contact form or at redstatesupplyadmin@gmail.com.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible at redstatesupplyadmin@gmail.com.
Because many items are made to order, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.

What size should I order?

If you like a roomier, relaxed fit, consider sizing up. If you prefer a closer fit, stick with your usual size and compare measurements before ordering.
How do your shirts fit?
Fit depends on the shirt style. Some items may have a classic unisex fit, while others may be more fitted, relaxed, or garment-specific.
Check the product page for the most accurate fit notes before buying.
What are your products made from?
Materials vary by product. Apparel, flags, leather goods, collectibles, pet items, and home goods may all use different materials.
The best place to check is the individual product page, where available material, fabric, construction, or ingredient details will be listed.
How should I care for apparel?
For most printed apparel, we recommend washing inside out with cold water and drying on low heat or hanging to dry.
Avoid bleach and high heat when possible. For the best results, always follow the care instructions listed on the product page or garment tag.
Are all Red State Supply products Made in America?
Our products are Made in America, printed in America, designed in America, or shipped from America, depending on the item.
We cannot use one blanket claim for every product. Please check each product page for the specific origin or production details.
What does “made to order” mean?
Your item is produced after your order is placed instead of being pulled from a large pre-made stockpile.
It helps reduce waste and lets us offer a wider range of patriotic designs, gifts, and gear.

How do I know which product is right for me?
Please read the product description, check the photos, review the size or material details, and think about how the item will be used.
If it is apparel, focus on fit and comfort. If it is a flag, check the size, material, and intended use. If it is a collectible or gift, look at what is included and how it is meant to be displayed.
Are the collectible items real currency or investment products?
Some collectible items may use genuine legal tender, while others may be privately minted medallions, commemoratives, or display pieces.
Please read each product page carefully. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, collectibles should be purchased as keepsakes, gifts, or display items, not as investments.
Are your pet products safe?
